I am born in Iceland, studied engineering in Denmark and havel also lived in Finland. Iceland is my home.

 

 ​I founded a company called Nordexcel and I am a partner in a company called KPAL. I have worked as a Lean Manager, Quality Manager and management specialist in International companies.

 

I have written two management books about Excellence, published in 2007 and 2017. I speak at management events and conferences,  I do guest lectures at Universities (Projects, Process, Quality, Performance) and I facilitate workshops in companies. I think the world would be better with workplaces that strive for Excellence in  management: Lean processes with CI focus, humble leaders, teamwork, humanity and fun!  

 

I do what I love and I love what I do. I am all in for travel, fun, family and adventures. I love to spend time with my daughter and I wish all children and animals can have a good life. Except mosquitos. I hate mosquitos.
